Onboarding Boot Camp is a program designed to quickly immerse new hires into our business and our culture. What is a work-related achievement that you are really proud of?

I am really proud of the Arla Castello campaign: Closing the Content Gap with a World of Cheese. I contributed to the case in terms of finding the best SEO opportunities for the brand. The case got recognized internationally and won five awards including ‘Best SEO Campaign’ at European Search Award 2019.

What characterizes s360 as a workplace?

s360 is an amazing place to work. From day one I was welcomed by everyone and immediately felt like I was a part of something big. s360 is a place where you continuously develop as a specialist but also as a person.

What advice would you give to new entrants?

My best advice is definitely: Be curious. If you have the will and stay curious you will have endless opportunities at s360. Also: Be kind and humble, but don’t hold back if you have great input for doing something even smarter. That’s how we developed amazing products for several years in the industry.

Michella Børlum

What do you enjoy most about working at s360?

The thing I enjoy most is how I can always ask for help from a colleague, whether it’s within my own department or from a completely different department. You just really feel that we are all in this together and it helps build up such a strong and pleasant work environment. Every day, I learn something new when I ask for advice and different approaches to an issue or a project. That is how I develop myself and continue to become a better specialist than I was yesterday. I enjoy that there’s room for cracking a joke and having fun even on a very busy day. That’s how I get motivated and keep my drive.

What is one thing that surprised you about working at s360?

The level of concentration and dedication! When walking into our office space, you immediately feel the deep concentration where the only noise is the ongoing typing on keyboards. I am very proud to be a part of a company where all employees are so committed and helpful to one another and just the fact that I get to work within a young and fun environment of pretty cool digital experts.

Daniel Østergaard

What led you to this career?

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by working with online marketing. I first became acquainted with online marketing when I opened my own webshop. This helped kick-start my interest within online marketing. I have built up the skills I have today by trying out different methods and approaches. My ambition is to continue my learning with a lot of exciting projects at s360.

What do you enjoy most about working at s360?

I would like to mention my colleagues as being one of the best things about working at s360. I have a really good relationship with my colleagues and we learn a lot from each other. I appreciate that. And of course, the challenging assignments and the cooperation with the many exciting clients. What do you find interesting about digital marketing? The best thing about working with digital marketing is that it requires both analytical and practical skills, where you can create exciting results for clients with solid craftsmanship. It motivates me when I see that the work I do creates value for our clients.

What led you to this career?

Definitely my passion and interest for digital marketing. So working at s360 has just confirmed that I landed on the right shelf. I like the aspect that you work with so many different clients and that you need to set your mind into different companies and strategies. The area within digital marketing is in constant development and there are so many different aspects within the field that are changing. It requires different types of skills since you must be a specialist within the technical matter but also very strategic on how you can get the most out of the platform that you are working with.

What do you enjoy most about working at s360?

The people working here are so committed and dedicated to their work which is very infectious. I also get to work with what I am passionate about and I have a feeling that I am learning every day. Another thing that I really enjoy is that s360 allows me to follow my passion and ambitions and provide the frames for letting me develop personally and professionally.
