s360 fully acquires Ackermann to strengthen its Marketing Automation offering

Today, we announce the full acquisition of Ackermann, a leading Danish marketing automation agency. The agency helps brands and retailers such as Rains, Shaping New Tomorrow, Victorinox, and Lomax strengthen customer retention, drive loyalty, and increase long-term value through marketing automation and first-party data activation.

Our Group CEO and co-founder, Jakob Vedel, says: "I’m pleased to welcome Ackermann and the whole team into the s360 group. The full acquisition of Ackermann is a natural progression after more than 18 months of successful collaboration since our minority investment in January 2023. For s360, the acquisition gives access to top-industry talents in marketing automation, e-mail marketing, and first-party data activation, enabling us to provide our clients with greater expertise in these areas. Furthermore, by integrating Ackermann and its capabilities into s360, our clients will also benefit from the great synergies between the digital channels. For Ackermann and their clients, becoming part of s360 opens doors to a broader range of services within digital marketing, data, and technology and provides access to local expertise in five additional Northern European markets.

Ackermann will be fully integrated into s360 over the coming months, and Casper Ackermann will continue his role in s360 as Head of Marketing Automation.
