Driving business leads across 10 markets

How s360 & Easytranslate exceeded all initial goals in a highly competitive B2B vertical.


Easytranslate is a platform that connects professional linguists with clients and provides various translation and interpretation services.


In the summer of 2019, s360 was brought in as the new PPC partner for the translation platform Easytranslate in an effort to turn around the results of the channel as it was performing inadequately. The setup had to cover 10 European markets, +70 languages and more than 500 language combinations. While Easytranslate accepts tasks from both B2B and B2C clients, they prefer spending their advertising budget on acquiring new B2B leads as it is much better business.


In less than 6 months the Google Ads account was turned around and the campaign exceeded all the initial goals in a highly competitive B2B vertical. In February 2020 the business leads were up 41% year-over-year while the CPA was down by 43%. The results also show how a strategy can require patience and what might seem like an initial step back can result in significant long-term improvements.


The approach was to make sure we had a sound account structure that works at scale, that we were utilizing automated features like Smart Bidding to drive most leads within the CPA and that we implemented the necessary actions to minimize the share of leads coming from private individuals.
