Organising Roccamore’s e-mail marketing to scale globally
Roccamore came to us with a solid e-mail marketing foundation. It already leverages Klaviyo with basic flows, POS integration for in-store purchase triggers, and consistent newsletters.
However, their setup lacked a cohesive structure, making flows difficult to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimise. They also needed a clearer strategy for managing subscribers, including regular cleanup of inactive users.
While their Danish shop was well-established, the international account required significant development. Scaling effectively meant creating an advanced setup tailored for international markets, with separate accounts and segmented subscribers, to ensure targeted communication and growth.
