Roccamore came to us with a solid e-mail marketing foundation. It already leverages Klaviyo with basic flows, POS integration for in-store purchase triggers, and consistent newsletters.

However, their setup lacked a cohesive structure, making flows difficult to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimise. They also needed a clearer strategy for managing subscribers, including regular cleanup of inactive users.

While their Danish shop was well-established, the international account required significant development. Scaling effectively meant creating an advanced setup tailored for international markets, with separate accounts and segmented subscribers, to ensure targeted communication and growth.

We began with a full audit of Roccamore’s e-mail setup, reorganising flows, renaming them for clarity, and integrating them into a custom dashboard for improved performance tracking and troubleshooting.
Next, we developed tailored flows that combined best practices with Roccamore’s unique brand identity, including:
  • Personalised welcome flows for online and in-store sign-ups.
  • A Fit Finder flow recommending shoes based on foot measurements.
  • A Review flow to gather product reviews for website integration.
  • Dynamic product feeds personalised by browsing behavior.
After optimising the Danish account, we replicated the setup for their international account, translating content to maintain consistency. We also introduced custom e-mail templates to elevate design and engagement across campaigns.

To enhance personalisation, we also developed a dynamic product feed system that matched customers with similar products based on style and fit, improving product relevance and conversions.
