The Challenge

Improving lead quality and increasing digital maturity

Since 2022, Framery has partnered with s360 to improve its organic search visibility. The collaboration started with a technical SEO audit that ensured Framery’s website was optimized for organic visibility. After setting up Framery’s website for success, s360 started still ongoing content production. s360’s on-brand and SEO-optimized online content has helped Framery be present in relevant generic queries related to its core product: soundproof office pods.

In late 2023, after more than a year of success in content production, Framery chose to expand its collaboration with s360 to other channels. By adding paid search, creative performance, paid social and programmatic into the mix, Framery wanted to improve the number and quality of leads while increasing its digital maturity through technology and automation.

Framery’s overarching goal was to get the biggest possible impact with its existing budget on relevant regions and markets.

The Solution

New strategy addresses business and marketing objectives

s360 devised a full-funnel strategy that helped Framery achieve its long- and short-term business and marketing objectives. The new strategy included adding relevant platforms and technologies, such as DV360, into the mix. This gave Framery greater control over its audiences and creative materials while accessing high-quality ad placements. 

s360’s creative testing helped Framery increase creative variation and learn about formats and messages that resonate with Framery's core audiences in different funnel stages. Furthermore, more precise audience targeting helped Framery gain higher quality leads rather than just increasing their quantity.

The Results

Improved brand awareness and conversions

Results indicate increased brand awareness and conversions in key market regions, with Framery reaching record-breaking sales during the summer of 2024 after a successful new product launch. 

Framery's brand search volume grew by 8% globally and 15% in key market regions. In the meantime, the overall category grew by only 2%, indicating heightened interest towards Framery as a brand.

Platform lead volumes decreased by on average 50%, while improved targeting increased Framery’s lead quality.
