Tailored marketing automation for 14 shops
To scale ZERV’s e-mail marketing, we migrated all 14 shops to Klaviyo, unifying their operations on a single platform. Starting with Badmintonshoppen.dk, we analysed customer journeys to optimise upselling opportunities across key product categories like rackets, clothing, bags, and shoes.
We built a fully automated e-mail setup to guide customers through every stage of their journey, including welcome flows, onboarding, re-engagement, and advanced category-specific recommendations. Collaborating with Raptor, we introduced personalised product suggestions, significantly boosting engagement—such as a fourfold increase in click rates for abandoned product emails on Padelshoppen.
Additionally, we launched the "Padel Bat Advisor" flow, which used customer input from a short form to deliver tailored product recommendations, achieving exceptional performance and inspiring similar flows across ZERV’s other shops.
