With online grocery adoption accelerating and competition intensifying, Wolt needed a campaign that could communicate its core strengths in convenience and speed, while working seamlessly across five culturally distinct markets with varying levels of brand familiarity.
The new creative concept “Right at Hand” delivers exactly that. It transforms Wolt’s promise of fast delivery into a bold, visual idea where the Wolt app expands into a pocket-sized supermarket, bringing everyday groceries instantly within reach.
Across TV, streaming, social, display, and out-of-home, the concept has created a unified and memorable campaign that is quick to understand, easy to scale, and anchored in universal consumer drivers.
The recent campaign covered the entire customer journey, from broad brand storytelling to partner-specific offers, resulting in over 1,100 creative assets adapted for five local markets. The outcome was a cross-market campaign that aimed to strengthen Wolt’s position as the fast and reliable choice for everyday groceries.
“Branding in the retail world requires you to take ownership of the functional benefits. Wolt wanted to be the obvious choice for online grocery shopping.
