Through the acquisition of Norwegian digital marketing agency Sempro, s360 adds 45 talented digital specialists and strengthens Nordic footprint.
s360, the performance marketing agency, announces that it has acquired Sempro, an award-winning digital agency. The acquisition expands s360’s geographical presence in Norway with offices in Oslo and Moss.
Sempro was founded in 2010 and has since become one of Norway’s fastest-growing and most innovative digital marketing agencies. With a hybrid business model spanning across performance marketing, digital strategy, content marketing and digital solutions, Sempro employs 45 people and long-standing clients including Toyota, Pågen and BoligPartner.

Sempro will be fully integrated into s360. With the acquisition, s360 will employ more than 150 digital specialists across offices in Denmark, Finland and Norway.
