"The best thing is my team’s dedication and the steep learning curve. Our workday involves a wide range of tasks, and we touch upon many different areas within digital marketing in our daily work. We have high ambitions as a team while setting specific goals for the individual team members. “My favourite thing about being part of the Digital Growth team is that we focus on the commercial growth of our clients, but also simultaneously focus on how we can improve and develop our internal resources in s360.”

What is the best thing about being an SEO Specialist?
“The development of my process has been very special to me, both professionally and technically in SEO. My learning curve is constantly growing because I’m surrounded by so many talented people who can teach me new things - that is really inspiring. s360 has so much knowledge to share, both in the SEO team and across the company."

"I get motivated by the high level of competencies across the entire organisation, being surrounded by very talented people, and I'm proud to be part of an agency that works with some of the biggest brands in the industry. Additionally, s360 prioritises the social environment, which makes everyday life at the office fun while we work hard. One of my absolute favourite memories is the Meet-Up in Budapest back in 2022 - that was awesome!"
What is the best thing about being a Senior Specialist in Paid Social?
"The best thing about my role is the fact it goes beyond Paid Social into a broader Consultant role. As a Senior Specialist, I often work closely with our Client Strategists and other channel-specialists to advise our clients on their digital setups. My role involves a large focus on strategy, and I enjoy the fact that it is not fixed into specific pillars, as it increases the opportunity to develop professionally while growing our clients' businesses."
