ss360 is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jacob Johansen as the new Managing Director of s360 Norway, effective June 1st, 2024.

New beginnings and a great legacy

For the past years, Jacob has been an integral part of the leadership team in Norway and a close collaborator with the outgoing Managing Director, Ole Kristian Ullereng. Ole, who has decided to step down as managing director, leaves behind a legacy of achievements.

“With nearly seven years in the company, now is the right time for me to take on new challenges outside s360. 2023 was a year with happy clients, employees and great results, the timing is right for Jacob to drive this to the next phase,” Ole says, expressing confidence in Jacob’s ability to lead the company forward.

“Jacob is a natural successor”

Through his years at s360, Jacob has contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success in Norway. He has had several roles, the latest as the Head of Client Strategy. In addition, he brings unique knowledge about s360’s culture and operations across markets after spending the first 18 months at s360’s headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.

Jakob Vedel, Group CEO, continues about the appointment: “Jacob is a natural successor with a deep understanding of s360’s culture, people, and products, and I’m very excited to see him lead s360 Norway into the next phase of growth”, and he adds, “I also want to thank Ole for his tremendous effort and being such a great colleague and leader for our team in Norway, and I wish him all the best for the future.”

Speaking about his appointment, Jacob expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity; “I am humbled by the trust and look forward to taking over as the new MD. We are privileged with a strong team and a competitive market offering, and this remains a growth potential for us in the coming years. There’s a great demand for specialized Performance Marketing agencies in today’s market and we notice particular interest from companies that want to succeed in integrating AI and automation in their marketing strategies.”
